The Kitchen Exchange is a rotating restaurant concept, featuring a new cuisine twice per semester. Each dining concept introduced at Kitchen Exchange showcases flavours and dishes inspired by culinary traditions from around the globe. It’s a taste of everything the world has to offer, all while being conveniently located in the Food Court!
