Dinner: 5:30pm – 8:30pm

* Starting Monday, September 2nd, Teraanga Commons Dining Hall will have normal operating hours *

Dining With Us

Accessing the Dining Hall

  • To streamline the flow, please follow the designated signs by entering and exiting the dining hall using the specified stairwells (or elevators if required).
    • Stairwell D for entering the dining hall and Stairwell A for exiting.

Additional Information

  • Parents & volunteers will have access to the dining hall during lunch during Move-In Weekend via tickets that are provided by the Housing & Residence Life team.
  • Bags, water bottles and outside food will not be allowed to be brought into the dining hall
    • Bag storage is available on the second floor of Teraanga Commons, which will be monitored by Carleton University Dining Services staff to eliminate the threat of theft. You will be given a ticket to identify your bag when you are finished dining.
      • However, students are allowed to bring in essential valuables such as laptops, iPads, wallets, medicine, etc., to ensure their safety.

  • Sunday Night (September 1st Dinner)
    • Due to Fall Orientation activities on Sunday night, we will be serving similar offerings at each station in the Dining Hall to ensure efficient service for all students looking to dine quickly before the activities begin.
