How do I get a refund for my Meal Plan?
In order to get a refund for your Meal Plan, please fill out this form and send it to the Campus Card Office at campuscard@carleton.ca. Please note all refunds are subject to a $50 processing fee and are pro-rated based on usage prior to the date the refund is requested.

How do I get a refund for my Meal Plan?
For all Campus Meal plans for the Winter 2026 semester except RavensFlex, you have 14 days from the date of purchase, or the start of the semester/year for which it is purchased, whichever is later, to request a refund. For example, if you purchase a plan in August, you have until 14 days after the fall semester starts to request a refund. If you purchase a plan on October 10th, you have until the 24th to request a refund.
For the RavensFlex plan, you can request a refund at any point and will be refunded a prorated amount based on your usage of your plan.

No, you can purchase any Meal Plan at any time in the semester. Please note when you purchase your meal plan, you will have to pay the full monetary value of the plan regardless of how many days are left in the semester.

If you purchase the RavensFlex plan, your Flex Dollars do roll over. For the Ravens All-Access and Ravens Reduced Plans, your Dining Dollars do not roll over.

There are no restrictions on the number of times you can repurchase the RavensFlex plan. If you run out of Flex Dollars, you can always repurchase!

You can use your Dining Dollars in person at most Dining Services locations – that includes our Food Court, Loeb Café, Starbucks, Oasis and more!
For Bridgehead Nicol and Tim Hortons orders, Dining Dollars may only be redeemed through the Hey Chef app.
You cannot use your Dining Dollars at vending machines.

How do I get a refund for my Meal Plan?
No, Teraanga Commons Dining Hall remains open during breaks and you are able to use your meal plans to get meals if you are remaining on campus at those times.

How do I get a refund for my Meal Plan?
Guest passes are used if you would like to bring those that do not have a Residence Meal Plan into Teraanga Commons Dining Hall for a meal with you. If you would like to use a guest pass, please let one of our staff members know at the front desk of Teraanga Commons Dining Hall and they will be able to assist you!

For the Reduced Meal Plan, your meals start on Monday morning and end on Sunday night. They reset each week so you cannot carry over meals from week to week.

Lunch is from 11:00 am – 4:29 pm
Dinner is from 4:30 pm – 10:00 pm
