Originally from Toronto and raised in Ottawa, Chef Ian has built an impressive culinary career rooted in passion, hard work, and a deep commitment to the guest experience. Inspired by his father, a professional chef, Ian discovered his love for cooking early on and has since dedicated himself to creating memorable, high-quality food for every customer he serves.
In June 2025, Ian was promoted to Lead Chef of the Food Court, where he now oversees all culinary operations and leads a team dedicated to delivering an exceptional dining experience. Known for his creativity in the kitchen and strong leadership, Ian brings a global perspective to his cooking, drawing inspiration from diverse cuisines while maintaining a sharp focus on quality, consistency, and service. He believes food is more than just a meal—it’s an experience that should leave guests feeling satisfied, valued, and eager to return.
Outside of the kitchen, Ian enjoys musical theatre, live music, and spending time with family and friends. These passions continue to fuel his creativity and reflect the same warmth and energy he brings to his role as Lead Chef.
