Sous Chef

Sous Chef Baker has joined the Dining Hall team this year and is looking forward to providing fantastic dining experiences to all our guests! His culinary journey began in his hometown of Guelph in Ontario, where his mother taught him the basics of how to cook. Baker would later go on to study at Niagara College and work in kitchens in British Columbia, Montreal and even Australia!

Some of his favourite styles of cuisine are Thai and French food, and he considers pot-au-feu to be his favourite dish. When he’s not cooking, Baker enjoys playing golf and training at Muay Thai.
