Preparing for exams? Come to learn how to fuel your brain with food! The foods that we eat can impact our brain function, including our memory and focus.
 
At this workshop, you will learn which foods can nourish your brain for optimal academic success. We will discuss what and when to eat before an exam to ensure you are fully prepared. You will also leave with practical tips on how to include “brain foods” into your diet. Hope to see you there!
