DESCRIPTION:We have a brand new menu designed by our talented culinary team at The Kitchen Exchange. This innovative concept was the first Gluten Free Dedicated restaurant in a Canadian University last year, and we've been changing up our menus every semester. Last year we started with Republic of Spice, an Indian inspired menu, and in January brought in Medi Eats, a Mediterranean inspired menu.
