    Richelle-Leah was born in Hobart, Tasmania, Australia and yes, she does eat vegemite! Richelle-Leah has been cooking since she was a young girl. Her love of food first began with a small fruit and vegetable garden in her backyard when she was a child and it only grew from there. When she was 15 years old, Richelle-Leah won an apprentice cooking competition against chefs from all over Australia! Richelle-Leah was classically trained in French cuisine but has caught a massive travel bug on a trip to Indonesia and now continuously takes tips, tricks and flavours from all cuisine cultures to apply to whatever she is making. She loves to teach her culinary skills to her four kids but also loves to learn different techniques as there is always something new to discover. When Richelle-Leah isn’t cooking, she is probably working on some other artistic passions like airbrushing and acrylics!
