Quinn grew up in Aylmer, Quebec, and he got started in the restaurant industry at the age of 16. Quinn got his first big culinary job at an Italian restaurant named Frescos and worked there for 7 years. During his tenure, Quinn was promoted up to sous-chef. After Frescos, he worked at Whole Foods for four years as a kitchen manager before deciding to come to join Carleton Dining Services in September 2018, where he has made himself a vital member of our team.
Quinn loves cooking Italian cuisine because it’s definitely his specialty but he also loves to bake! In his free time, he loves spending time with his wife and two dogs Lola and Kingston, taking them for walks in the park. Quinn also really enjoys traveling, and has even been to Cuba, Mexico, the Dominican Republic and Italy!
