With a little bit of planning, you can make breakfasts and lunches during the school week a breeze! During this workshop in collaboration with the Student Experience Office, you will create a delicious and fiber-filled oatmeal recipe that’s perfect for weekday breakfast, as well as a colorful salad that’s packed with plant-based protein to keep you satiated during busy school days. You will also learn meal plan tips and techniques from the Registered Dietitian. When the prep is complete, you will take home your two meals in a mason jar to enjoy. Everyone will receive the recipes to recreate yourself.
