We are excited to announce BAKERS has a new Seasonal Menu! The menu was designed by our Executive Chef Daniel Poulin and features a great selection of seasonal dishes using local and sustainable ingredients. Come and discover our full service sit-down restaurant located in the University Center Building on the 4th floor and are open from Monday to Friday 7:30am – 2:30pm.

Pork Tenderloin & Prawn Bowl with Panko Breaded Pork Tenderloin and Jumbo Prawn, Local Fingerling Potato Ravigote, Cabbage Slaw, Apple and Plum Compote Sauve. 

Artic Char with Seared Artic-Char with Puy Lentil, Red Pepper Ratatouille, Grilled Quebec Asparagus.

Nordic Shrimp with St-Laurent Nordic Shrimp Salad, Tomatoes, Red Pepper Coulis, Iceberg, Avocado, Thousand Islands.
