Born Ottawa Ontario

Started working in kitchens at the age of 15 because he needed money to buy skateboards. Jon moved to Vancouver at 18 to snowboard.  He was a pro snowboarder for 4years till he broke his hip and shoulder and returned to Ottawa to explore his passion – becoming a Chef!

Here are some highlights and work experience for Jon:

  • In 2004 attended Le Cordon Bleu culinary institute
  • Married with one son Lincoln
  • Worked in  various hotels, restaurants, and catering operations
  • Part of the Carleton University Dining Services team for the past 4 years
