Get ready to rock your taste buds with this semester’s final Go Local Wednesday! (April 12th) 

 *Bold = Local Ingredient*


Grilled Flatbread Sandwich with Roasted Vegetables: such as Red Peppers, Red Onions, Basil, Portobello Mushrooms, Red Cabbage, and White Onion. 

Served with Local Greens Salad, shredded with Parsnip, and Beets


Double Chocolate Beet Brownies

    The wild mushroom tarts were absolutely amazing!!! I loved them and I had 2. We need more variety with the vegetarian options and those were perfect. We need more foods like this in the caf. All the chefs seemed very inspired and proud of them as well which was nice to see.

      Hi there, we have ongoing consultations to culturally diversify our menus. Keep in mind that to create dishes from foreign cultures, the cost to import the product is much higher, especially depending the season, than that of local products. Thank you for your comment, we hope our answer has satisfied you.
